We have included reviews from across our service area — residential customers, farms, schools, and commercial sites — and across the full range of work we do, including system installations, repairs, inverter replacements, and out-of-warranty support for systems we didn't originally install.
We don't cherry-pick. Where a customer raises a concern after installation, we work to resolve it and ask whether they would like to update or remove their review afterwards.
